Why is my booking still unconfirmed even though I’ve paid a deposit or instalment?

In some cases, it may take time for our suppliers to finalise and confirm your booking, even after a payment has been made. This is a normal part of the process, and there’s no need for concern.


We’ll send you an email update as soon as your booking has been confirmed or actioned. In the meantime, you can check the status of your booking anytime by logging into your Traveller Hub account.
