Why is my booking still unconfirmed when deposit and installment payment has been paid.
The status of your booking may be unconfirmed or partially confirmed as some of our suppliers generally work in departure date order. If you are scheduled to travel after 6 months, confirmation may take longer than usual.
With the resurgence of travel, we have been experiencing some delays and appreciate your continued support and patience.
You are able to view the status of your booking by logging into your Traveller Hub account.
