My credit has expired, what are my options

Credits that were issued as a result of government-imposed travel restrictions were valid until 31 December 2022 unless specified otherwise. As your credit has expired, regrettably, we will not be reinstating your credit. 

Please refer to your personal credit terms and conditions which would have been provided upon your credit being issued. We feel that there has been sufficient opportunity, both in terms of the redemption period provided and the extensive range of travel packages available, to redeem these credits. 

If you have a credit issued for any alternate reason, please log into your Traveller Hub to view your credit expiration date. If not used by this date, your credit will be forfeited.
